Paris

Before it ever left my studio, my 30" x 40" mixed-media piece, "Paris," had a story to tell. It was a simple, romantic notion: "Let's fly away to Paris and fall in love." That very afternoon, a woman at my art show was looking for a piece of her own. As soon as I showed her a picture of "Paris" and shared its whispered message, she gasped. She was leaving for Paris the next day on a journey of self-discovery and self-love. Sometimes, a piece of art finds its owner, and this one found its perfect home, embraced by a story of its own.
